By following its environmental protection and safety and health policies to the highest standards, Sercomm continues to develop green products and devote itself to reduction of waste and prevention of pollution and continues to pursue the optimal utilization of energy, water, and other resources.
Pathways to Net Zero
The Net Zero journey could be long and challenging but we’re taking all measures to cut and capture our carbon emissions; from decarbonizing electricity, switching to clean fuel, to green product design and waste recycle /reuse becuase we believe that every step we take is continually woven together for good.
Keeping it well below 1.5°C
We are committed to aligning with the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) and adopting the 1.5°C temperature-rise scenario. In 2025, Sercomm’s science-based targets were validated by SBTi, with 2023 reset as the new base year. By 2030, the Company targets a 42% reduction in Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions and a 25% reduction in Scope 3 emissions, while achieving a 90% renewable energy usage rate and a 90% waste recycling and reuse rate. In parallel, Sercomm is advancing green product design to accelerate its transition toward a low-carbon future.
